By accessing or using Spoilert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing Spoilert, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Use of the Service
Spoilert provides a platform for managing food inventory and reducing waste. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Shared Households
When you create or join a household, you acknowledge that your inventory data will be visible to and manageable by other household members.
4. Premium Tier
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
5. Limitation of Liability
Spoilert is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss or inaccuracies in food tracking.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
